Running Cloud Compare on via Citrix of VMWare View

Anyone out there running Cloud Compare through a Citrix or VMWare View client? Looking at the possibility of running VDI but want to tread lightly and figured I'd see if anyone has done it or is doing it currently in production.

Hi Ryan,

we are running CC via Citrix in combination with a server grid graphics card recently, but I am not all that familiar with all them server stuff, am just a geo. So I might not be of great help, but I could find out a couple more details from our IT guys. In terms of performance - if the frame rate can be taken as a good measure for performance, the citrix configuration works very well and much faster than CC just on my PC. However, when dealing with very large point clouds, citrix keeps stopping to load the total cloud, and we have not yet found out why. The same large point cloud would take a long time to load on a PC, but it works. I suspect it is a graphics card driver problem, but I have to discuss this with our IT guys...
