Cloudcompare dosen't lunch on windows 10

Hi,
Following a cloudcompare crash on windows10 cloudcompare doesen't lunch any more. What is the command line that I can use to verify what is blocking it?

Have you tried to uninstall and install it again?

And has the graphic card driver changed meanwhile maybe?
