Not that I know of but there is the ability to toggle recursively certain properties
So for your use the fastest way would be to click into the DB Tree area press "Ctrl+A" to select all, then "S" to turn off scalar display, then "C" to turn on RGB color display. Takes only a second to do regardless of how many clouds you have
