I have tried to save the result by selecting the cloud icon of **stl** files in cloudcomapre and save the compared results by this kind:

So i have in some **.asc** file by 4 columns as you can see here:

I have tried cloudcompare and the aligning c2m module like this:

For one **STL** file twice and get different result for under 0.1 value in ...

I have two dental stl file which have seems have set the correct units when i opened them in freecad:

The units have set but based of this post it must not be set to specific unit :

I have saved the data from histogram by c2m by this kind :

Also seen this question, so i know the class is the class color number (0-255 for rgb), and i guess ...

I have one mistake in my cutting process which i have cut also some tiny part of the final cut by dimension by segment tool which made that difference in the results, so by repeating the above process i get the same results for both of those cut by the same target and two same reference stl file ...

I have two mode which using the cloud compare for comparing those together, i used the ordinary distance compare method ( C2M signed method) with this parameter as you can see here:
