use gdalwarp.exe to set CRS to tiff

My goal is to sample point of primitive horizontal plane to get random z value
and user can input z value through GUI ( 2 12 19 etc)
In MeshSamplingTools.cpp line 399 , I added

double MyZ = dist(gen);
P.z = (19*MyZ);


This makes any horizontal plane rough z

Can you please add spin box and ...

To explain this issue, It is not about visual cut during display in section tools, but about the result after section

Since precision is the same 2.0000000 and no cut in between mesh vertices a
What about using (keep mesh vertices if =< box ) instead of (keep mesh vertices if < box ) in result mesh

I propose to set startup default box thickness of section tools to (101)% of object dimension to avoid the case of attached file
if you select mesh then open section tools and do not change any value mesh loses some vertices
but if you select mesh vertices then open section tools and do not change ...

Same Box Thickness Z but one by mouse dragging and one by keyboard
result is different ??

but in stable CC, it deletes all and keep one merged pc ( child pc is deleted and lost )
in beta CC ,it keeps all but merge selected (no things lost)

It not corrupted file
I can reproduce it many of times
The attached file can be opened by v2.13.2 but not November beta
