I'm trying to fill in gaps in a point cloud data. is there a tool i can use in Cloud Compare to do this?

Currently i have Cloud Compare v2. 12.4 installed on my computer.
I'm trying to open a .bin file that has been saved on v2.13.alpha.
Is there a way to open a file on the older version?
