I've tried the MLS, SOR, and Noise filter on a segmentation of that area, but it always affects border points creating additional issues

For instance, I have this anomaly in a terrain scan, is there a tool that will allow me to select and smooth these points relative to their neighbors?

Hi all.

I am importing a DTM .txt point cloud. However when i import the data it appears inverted along one of the axis. Is there a way to compensate for this when importing or exporting?
