I see. I am using 2.12.4. I did not add a restriction in the registration algorithm.

Hello,
how do you get the z to line up for two clouds?
I am trying to generate an DEM w lidar from two separate UAV flights. I plan to align the two clouds and merge them. Then pull the minimum height for each point.
I did a translation and rotation on the layer to be aligned and never moved ...

I resolved the issue. It was related to a mixed up xy on the imported gcp points I brought in. My apologies for the confusion
