It appears that the function of splitting (Tiling) a large lidar file into X by X tiles without loading the entire pointcloud appears to have been removed between 2.12 to 2.13. Used to access it by drag/dropping a large pointcloud (Open LAS File) menu opens, going to Tiling, and ...
