Apply transformation

Post by wajdusna »

Hi,

I have weird problems when trying using "Apply transformation" to my LAS cloud.

To make it simple (beause it is always the same problem):
- I have two clouds with the same global shift (IMG01)

- Cloud 1 is reference cloud, coloud 2 is the one that needs to be aligned.

- I make a duplicate of the origial cloud 2.

- I register the cloud 2 to cloud 1 and copy the transformation matrix.

- I try to apply transformation to the duplicated cloud 2 using matrix.

- I get weird data about the point in the original coordinate system and unlogical values in the right box (Previous input 1 option).

- I get weird data about the point in the original coordinate system and unlogical values in the right box (Original option).

- When I preform the transofrmation, clouds are not aligned.

What could be the reason and trick for solving this issue? Thanks!
