CloudCompare Doesnt load

When I open Cloud Compare I am getting the opening window with the logo, the program appears to attempt to open, but just locks up. ANyone else experienced this? Running a Dell G7 15 Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 and 32GB of Ram, with Windows 11. Fortunately I have both a Mac and PC, I switched to the Mac and was able to complete the job.

Which version are you using?

And do you have maybe 2 screens on this computer?
