Please add option for custom prefix, aswell as enable the auto prefix as it is now where it adds the commands that has gone trough, like PCV

I added this to the TODO list (but you'll have to hope that a contributor is motivated by this feature request ;).

Isn't it solved by the -RENAME_ENTITIES command, which i implemented 2 weeks ago?
After loading the cloud(s) call the rename entities and then run the rest of your commands.

If it is not what you meant then i suppose we should get some clarification about how it should work.
