How to interpret the Fine Registration, Distance Computation and M3C2 results and stats

Hello,
I have a project aligning a UAS photogrammetry point cloud and TLS point cloud of a historic structure. I completed the Fine Registration, ran the Distance Computation Tool, calculated the Gauss Stat and also ran the M3C2 plugin. I'm trying to wrap my head around what these values mean (listed below). Thanks in advance for your help.
Fine Registration RMS Final RMS*: 0.00213855
Dist. Comp.: Mean distance = 0.00945815 / std deviation = 0.0202938
Gauss: mean = 0.009458 / std.dev. = 0.020294
Gauss: Chi2 Distance = 1e+07
Scalar field statistics:
Number of valid values = 185349638 / 185349638 (100.00%)
Sum of all valid values = 1753063.989817
Sum of all valid squared values = 92915.003495
Average value = 0.00945815
RMS (Root Mean Square) = 0.0223896
M3C2 output scale=0.038631
