Segmentation using SHP polygon

Dear all,

I am new to CloudCompare and trying to clip LAZ cloud using SHP polygon, that I imported. Both files have the same CRS and global shift settings. When I clip the cloud, I see that the polygon is moved for several meters to the north resulting in non-precise clipping. Why is it so? Can I solve it somehow?
