Hum, looks more like a corrupted file than anything else... I haven't been able to reproduce the issue on my side sadly.
Did you use the official 2.13.2 version on Windows?
And was it just a simple point cloud inside this file? Maybe with a color scale that has labels? If yes, do you still have the same issue if you remove the color scale and save the file again?

Ok, it seems to impact files that have VLRs meta-data (so with a point loaded from a LAS file).
I've patched the Windows version online (16 Nov.) so as to skip the loading of this particular type of meta-data until we find a fix.
